1. Who provides the service
The Migrarium software is owned and provided by FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED (company number 17386840, registered in England and Wales).
2. Accounts and access
Access is granted to authorised users of a customer organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful migration of content your organisation is entitled to move, and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
4. Your content
You retain all rights in the documents and metadata you migrate. We process them only to perform the operations you request and to keep the audit record.
5. Availability
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Planned maintenance and third-party platform limits (for example Microsoft Graph throttling) may affect availability or migration speed.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
