The four stages

Submit a request
Any authorized user opens the AIVI Hub, picks a tenant (up to 5), a business unit, and describes what they need — a new site, a new library, a restructure, or a cross-tenant migration. The AIVI Agent can draft the request from plain language.

Approve
Approvers review the request in a single queue. They see the tenant, requester, scope, source and destination. Every decision is captured with reviewer identity and reason — nothing runs without an explicit approval.

Provision or migrate
On approval, Restructify runs the operation with Microsoft Graph — creating sites via naming conventions, scaffolding folder structures from templates, or moving/copying files with check-out, check-in and metadata patched to the destination.

Audit
Every step is written to a permanent audit trail: who requested, who approved, source and destination URLs, item IDs, and results. Export the register to PDF or CSV whenever compliance needs proof.

Configure primary + 4 additional tenants via Admin Consent or manual BYO. Cross-tenant migrations use streaming upload sessions so read-only sources still work.

Library-scale moves
Move whole libraries with progress tracking, safe resume, cancel and retry.
Provenance & metadata
